Humble House was built so all 28 of you can stay together, with seven king suites for the grownups, a bunk room for the cousins, and enough space that everyone finds their own corner during the day and still ends up around the same table every night. On Kokanee Loop, a short walk from Nelson Farm, this Scandinavian inspired mountain modern home gives every generation room to spread out, inside and out, in every season.

Hands down the nicest vacation rental I've ever stayed at. Humble House is incredible. They truly thought of everything, from the design and amenities to all the little details that make a stay feel effortless. The house is beyond beautiful, incredibly well appointed, and even better in person than the photos. You can tell a lot of thought into creating the entire experience. This house is in a league of it's own. I will absolutley be back!!

This house was amazing! it was clean, and comfortable for a large group of varied ages and never felt crowded. Having the pool and hot tub was a game changer for the kids while the golf simulator and ping pong kept the adults entertained. We had karaoke one night in the downstairs family room without disturbing the neighbors. Every bed, including the bunk beds were super comfortable! We are planning on returning for our next reunion!

The Humble House is great for a large gathering. It's a little like a resort because of the pool, movie room, golf simulator, and other games right there. They have stuff for infants and kids. It's a nice area for a walk. We loved it.

Our family of 25! stayed at Humble House for 3 nights. There was more than enough room for each family to enjoy their time comfortably. The house was well appointed, especially the kitchen(s)! We are looking to return in a couple years.
The garbage disposals need a little work, but that was the only small item of concern with such a great place. The kitchens were very well stocked with dishware, flatware and cookware.
The pool and hot tub were well used and we appreciated the safe way we could cover the pool and hot tub when we weren't using them.
The 13 grandkids ranged from 1 to 15 and they all had a blast.
The downstairs family room was well used as were the other family areas, laundry facility, and kitchens. The outside areas were fun and safe. We really enjoyed the deer wandering through the property - especially when the twin fawns visited.

I used this property for a retreat weekend with my team, and we absolutely loved our stay. The home is incredible—every detail felt thoughtful, and my entire team was genuinely impressed. It created such a special experience for all of us.
The only downside is the price. We stayed for three nights, and the total cost felt quite steep. To make it work again, I would need to significantly increase what I charge my team. If pricing were a bit more reasonable, I could easily see us returning every year.
One additional piece of feedback is around the pool. A big reason we chose this home was for that amenity, and it was disappointing that the pool wasn’t accessible unless we paid the heating fee. We would have happily used it unheated, but that wasn’t an option. Given the overall cost of the stay, it would feel more aligned for guests to at least have access to the pool, regardless of whether they choose to heat it.
Overall, this home is truly spectacular. If cost isn’t a concern, it’s an amazing place to stay, and we had a really memorable experience.

We hosted my husbands 40th birthday celebration with 5 other families, kids ranging in age from 1 to 9 years old. The set up for the house was perfect! Most kids slept in the bunk room, but we also had some small kids in pack n plays with space left over. The home is beautiful and as someone who has done design work professionally, I appreciated all the attention to detail in the design of the home. Having 3 dishwashers upstairs made meal clean up a breeze! We opted to have the pool heated for our stay and everyone enjoyed it....though I would caution the steps are a bit slippery in the pool so just careful walking in. Outside of that, the house is perfection! Very close to Nelson Farms and the park, making it great for kids to ride bikes and scooters. If we ever have a big event like this again, would definitely stay there!

The Humble House was amazing!!! Our new favorite Suncadia property! We absolutely loved the attention to detail in this home! Amazing kitchen, fully stocked... our group does a lot of cooking so it was absolutely perfect! The heated pool/hot tub was an incredible experience, especially in the winter! We also loved the firepits, steam shower, golf simulator, comfortable living spaces, karaoke in the game room, movie room, etc! Over the top accommodations! VR365 was responsive and wonderful to work with. We’ll be back for sure!
